President, Joe Couch, founded Couch Insurance group. Joe started as a captive agent but quickly saw the need for more options due to a limited appetite and lack of competitive positioning. In 2018, Joe’s son, Joe (Jr), joined the team and is an integral part of the business. Couch Insurance Group represents both national and regional insurance companies instead of a single carrier, allowing us to propose multiple options.
